Returns and Refunds
I. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make. If you need to return an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
The return request is submitted within the specified timeframe after receiving the item.
The item remains unused and undamaged.
The original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact and complete.
Valid order information is provided.
If the item shows obvious signs of use or human-induced damage, your return request may not be accepted.
II. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be supported in the following cases:
Items that have been used or washed.
Items damaged due to personal reasons.
Orders for which the return request period has expired.
Items returned directly without prior authorization.
Items purchased during special promotional periods, or items explicitly marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
III. Return Process
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Please wait for our customer service team to review and confirm your request.
Return the item according to the instructions provided.
We will process your return once we have received and inspected the item.

Partial Refunds
In the following situations, a partial refund (less than the full purchase amount) may be issued:
The item shows minor signs of use or is missing its original packaging.
Only a portion of the items in the order are being returned.
Promotional discounts or coupons applied to the order have already been utilized.
V. Shipping Costs
Returns due to personal reasons: Shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
Returns due to product issues (e.g., quality defects or receipt of the wrong item): Shipping costs may be borne or reimbursed by us (subject to review).
The final determination regarding shipping costs will be made by our customer service team.
VI. Exchanges
Currently, if you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return first by following our standard return procedure, and then place a new order for the item you desire. This ensures accurate inventory management and efficient shipping.
VII. Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled, and we will process a refund for you.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; however, you may request a return after you have received the package.
VIII. Refund Delays
If your refund is delayed, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Extended bank processing times.
Public holidays or system delays.
Payment platform review processes.
